Effective Date: 15/07/2026 Welcome to True India Pathways. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the travel services provided by True India Pathways. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:- We receive the required deposit or full payment (as applicable).
- You receive a written booking confirmation from True India Pathways.
- All requested travel services are available and confirmed.
2. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of your tour, as specified in your booking confirmation.
- Payments can be made through the approved payment methods provided by True India Pathways.
- Any bank charges, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or taxes imposed by your financial institution shall be the responsibility of the traveller unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Prices
- All prices are quoted in the agreed currency.
- Prices are subject to change before booking confirmation due to changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, exchange rates, supplier costs, or government regulations.
- Once your booking has been confirmed, prices will not change except where required by law or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Cancellation by the Traveller
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the date of cancellation and the policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, activity operators, and other suppliers. Where applicable, refunds will be processed after deducting:- Cancellation charges
- Non-refundable deposits
- Hotel cancellation charges
- Airline cancellation charges
- Transport cancellation charges
- Supplier cancellation fees
- Bank and payment gateway charges
Important Cancellation Policy
High Peak Season Bookings (20th December – 15th January) and Festival Period Bookings (including Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair, Christmas, New Year and other major festivals) are strictly non-refundable. No refund shall be provided for cancellations made during these periods, irrespective of the reason.
If True India Pathways has already paid advance amounts to hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides, or any other travel suppliers, the corresponding advance amount shall remain non-refundable.
5. Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to modify your itinerary after confirmation, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply for:- Hotel changes
- Date changes
- Flight or transport changes
- Additional sightseeing
- Added services
- Supplier amendment fees
6. Cancellation by True India Pathways
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a tour due to:- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- Security concerns
- Force Majeure events
- Insufficient operational feasibility
- Other unforeseen circumstances
- An alternative itinerary
- Rescheduled travel dates
- A refund for unused services (subject to supplier policies).
7. Travel Documents
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they possess:- A valid passport
- Required visas
- Travel insurance
- Vaccination certificates (where applicable)
- Any other documentation required for travel
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveller obtains comprehensive travel insurance covering:- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellation
- Trip interruption
- Lost baggage
- Personal liability
- Emergency evacuation
- Flight delays
9. Health & Fitness
Travellers should ensure they are medically fit for their chosen itinerary. Any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, disabilities, or accessibility needs should be disclosed before booking so reasonable arrangements can be made where possible.10. Responsibility
True India Pathways acts solely as an intermediary between travellers and independent service providers, including hotels, airlines, transport operators, guides, and activity providers. While we carefully select our travel partners, we cannot be held responsible for:- Flight delays or cancellations
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Political disturbances
- Government actions
- Loss of baggage or personal belongings
- Actions or omissions of third-party suppliers
- Events beyond our reasonable control
11. Force Majeure
True India Pathways shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Pandemics
- Epidemics
- War
- Terrorism
- Civil unrest
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Severe weather
- Transportation disruptions
12. Traveller Conduct
- Respect local customs, traditions, religions, and laws.
- Follow instructions provided by guides and local authorities.
- Treat fellow travellers and service providers with courtesy and respect.
